Who are Relationship Assessments for?
Relationship assessments are a key part of our Premarital Counseling and Relationship Coaching programs as we work with couples to help them build a thriving and fulfilling future together. The PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS assessments are ideal for couples who are serious about their future and want deeper insight into how they communicate, make decisions, and grow together. These tools surface both strengths and growth opportunities, providing a clear roadmap for alignment, teamwork, and long-term success.
As certified facilitators of both assessments, we match each couple to the right tool based on their stage—dating, engaged, newly married, or refining an established partnership. We then integrate the assessment seamlessly into our Premarital Counseling, Pre-Engagement Coaching, Newlywed Coaching, and Marriage Coaching programs to support clarity, confidence, and intentional growth.
While we offer both, most couples choose PREPARE/ENRICH for its depth and because it pairs with our workbook, The Journey from ME to WE, and the structured Cudmore Coaching Method.

Our 8-session Premarital program is our most comprehensive and immersive experience using the PREPARE/ENRICH framework, combining the official assessment with our custom workbook, guided discussions, and targeted exercises.

About SYMBIS
SYMBIS—Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts—is a modern, research-based assessment by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott. It’s an engaging, practical, conversation-driven snapshot designed to spark meaningful dialog between partners in a streamlined way.
SYMBIS is ideal for couples who prefer a conversational approach focused on daily habits, personality differences, and practical communication tools. Our SYMBIS program is four 60-minute sessions, each debriefing different parts of your results. There’s no between-session homework, making it a good fit for couples with limited time.

Each partner completes the online questionnaire privately (about 30–45 minutes).
We review your results together during your sessions with us, applying them to real-life situations.
You leave with personalized insights, tools, and next steps to keep your relationship growing strong.
