  • We’re a happily married couple of over 35 years—still best friends—who love sharing what makes a strong marriage thrive. Together, we bring both heart and strategy to our work: Estrella’s emotional intelligence and warmth perfectly complement Robert’s logical, analytical approach, giving couples a balanced and personalized experience.

  • We are certified Coaches as well as Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS Facilitators. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to each couple’s unique relationship, goals, and growth areas.

  • Our premarital curriculum is approved by the Twogether in Texas program. Engaged couples who complete 8 sessions receive a certificate worth $60 off their Texas marriage license and a waiver of the 72-hour waiting period.

I find great fulfillment in creating a safe, supportive space for clients participating in our Premarital Counseling program to explore the depths of their relationships. It’s a journey of discovering strengths and developing the tools to grow together effectively.

My training as a Certified Professional Coach aids me in helping couples navigate challenges and achieve growth, as well as in connecting with each person at an individual level as we work through the program.

In addition to being an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, and Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, I hold a degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

I am fully bilingual and bicultural in English and Spanish, offering Premarital Counseling sessions in both languages. Soy completamente bilingüe en inglés y español, y ofrezco sesiones en ambos idiomas.

In my free time I enjoy reading, wine tasting, exploring new destinations, and most of all, spending quality time with my husband and two sons.

Robert Cudmore is a Premarital and Newlywed Coaching who works together with his wife getting couples ready for marriage success.

Marriage is not just about love, it’s also a partnership in every sense of the word, requiring planning, structure, and vision. With a background in helping companies achieve process, logistics, and strategy excellence, I bring those same skills to every Premarital Counseling session. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than seeing a couple achieve an “a-ha” moment during one of our sessions.

I graduated summa cum laude from St. Edwards University with a degree in Business Management, and I am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, and Certified Financial Coach.

In my free time, I’m a musician, photographer, film buff, world traveler, happily married husband, and proud father.
